There are many areas of the Student Portal that allow you an option to download and view a PDF. For example, you can save and view a PDF of your Career Assessment Results or your College Compare list.
If you see an Error when attempting to view any of these PDFs, it's possible that the page took too long to fully load before you clicked the view PDF button. Try going back, waiting for the page to fully load (about 10 seconds), and click the button again. If you still get an error, report the issue. Include what page you were on when the error occurred.
